Yam & Yap ships products to approved destinations subject to product availability, shipping carrier availability, regulatory requirements, customs requirements, and other operational considerations.
All shipping timelines provided by Yam & Yap are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed only after all applicable requirements have been satisfied, including but not limited to:

Product availability verification.
Yam & Yap reserves the right to delay, suspend, split, or cancel shipments at its sole discretion.
3. Delivery Estimates
Any shipping, transit, production, dispatch, or delivery timelines communicated by Yam & Yap are estimates only.
Yam & Yap does not guarantee delivery dates, transit times, carrier performance, customs clearance timelines, or product availability.
Delays may occur due to:

Regulatory requirements;

Weather conditions;

Supply chain disruptions;

Port congestion;

Force majeure events;

Other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Risk of Loss
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk of loss, delay, theft, damage, or destruction transfers to the customer upon handover of the shipment to the carrier, freight provider, courier, logistics company, or transportation service.
Yam & Yap shall not be responsible for events occurring after carrier acceptance of the shipment.
5. Shipping Addresses
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Yam & Yap shall not be liable for delays, losses, failed deliveries, additional charges, or returned shipments resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
6. Customs, Duties and Import Requirements
Customers are solely responsible for:

Import compliance;

Customs clearance;

Duties;
-
Taxes;
-
Permits;
-
Licenses;
-
Regulatory approvals;
-
Destination-country requirements.
Yam & Yap makes no representation that products may be imported, marketed, sold, distributed, or used in any specific jurisdiction.
Any customs delays, inspections, seizures, holds, rejections, penalties, or import restrictions shall be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon receipt.
Any claim relating to visible damage, shortages, incorrect products, or shipment discrepancies must be submitted within three (3) business days of delivery.
A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video may be required for claim review.
Failure to provide timely notice may result in rejection of the claim.
8. Returned Shipments
Shipments returned due to:

Incorrect addresses;

Refusal of delivery;

Failure to respond to carrier requests;

Failure to pay duties or taxes;

Failure to complete customs requirements;

Customer unavailability;
may be subject to additional fees, storage charges, return shipping costs, disposal costs, or cancellation without compensation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yam & Yap shall not be liable for:

Missed deadlines;

Carrier errors;

Customs delays;
-
Regulatory actions;

Product detention or seizure;

Business interruption;

Lost profits;

Lost sales;

Consequential damages.
Any liability of Yam & Yap shall be limited to the purchase value of the affected product.
